What deposits are required?

We take a non‑refundable reservation deposit to hold your items for your weekend. A separate security deposit may also be required for certain rentals. Both amounts and due dates are clearly shown on your quote or invoice before you confirm.

How long is the rental period?

Our standard rental period is a full weekend: pickup on Friday, use through the weekend, and return on Monday. Pricing is based on this Friday–Monday window, not by the hour.

What happens if I need to cancel?

If you cancel, the reservation deposit is non‑refundable because we’ve held that inventory for you and turned away other bookings. If you think your plans might change, contact us as early as possible so we can review options.
