We’ll confirm availability, answer any questions, and guide you through the booking process.

Payment & Confirmation

Your rental is confirmed once deposit is received, unless otherwise stated in writing. A confirmation and receipt will be sent via email.


For your protection, we do not store credit card information.

Pickup & Return

EventPeak Rentals offers DIY, full-weekend rentals. Pickup and return windows will be clearly communicated at the time of booking. Customers are responsible for transporting, setting up, monitoring, and returning rental items unless otherwise agreed upon.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

A valid payment method is required to secure your reservation.

  • Cancellations more than 30 days prior to the rental date may be eligible for a partial refund, minus a $50 administrative fee and any processing fees.

  • Cancellations within 30 days of the rental date will incur a $100 cancellation fee.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 14 days of the rental period.

 

Whenever possible, EventPeak Rentals will make reasonable efforts to reschedule your rental to a future available date.

Privacy Policy

EventPeak Rentals respects your privacy. Information collected is used solely for booking, communication, and service delivery.


We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties.

Travel & Service Area

EventPeak Rentals primarily serves Catawba County and surrounding areas.


Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area and will be disclosed prior to booking.

Damage, Loss & Liability

All rental items remain the property of EventPeak Rentals.

  • The renter assumes full responsibility for all rented equipment during the rental period.

  • The renter agrees to pay for any damage, loss, or theft, including damage caused by guests, weather exposure, improper use, or failure to follow provided instructions.

  • EventPeak Rentals is not responsible for damage to property caused by placement or use of rental items at the renter’s direction.

 

EventPeak Rentals, its owners, and affiliates assume no liability for injuries occurring during the use of rented items. All liability rests with the renter and/or event host.

Weather Policy

Many rentals are intended for outdoor use. Weather conditions are beyond our control.

  • Rentals are not refundable due to normal weather conditions (heat, light rain, cold, etc.).

  • In cases of severe or unsafe weather, we may work with you to reschedule when feasible.

 

It is the renter’s responsibility to monitor weather conditions and protect rental items accordingly.

Supervision & Safe Use

All rental equipment must be used responsibly and as intended.

  • Children must be supervised by a parent or responsible adult at all times.

  • EventPeak Rentals does not provide on-site supervision unless explicitly stated in writing.

Food, Drinks & Equipment Care

To keep our equipment clean and in good condition:

  • Food, drinks, paint, slime, confetti, and similar substances should be kept away from rental items unless explicitly permitted.

  • Equipment must be returned clean and dry, or cleaning/damage fees may apply.

Photos & Marketing

EventPeak Rentals may occasionally take photos of setups for marketing purposes.

  • No personal or identifying information will be shared.

  • If you prefer your event not be photographed or shared, please notify us in advance.
