BOOKING & CONTACT QUESTIONS

How do I book a rental?

Booking is easy. Just send us a message through our website or call or text us. We will confirm availability, take payment, and schedule your pickup or delivery.

Do I need to reserve in advance?

Yes, we strongly recommend booking early. Weekends book up quickly, especially during spring, summer, and holidays. Booking ahead helps make sure the items you want are available.

Can I change my order after booking?

Yes. If the item you want to add or switch to is still available, we are happy to update your order for you.

Is there a minimum rental amount?

No. There is no minimum rental. You can rent just one item or multiple items.

RENTAL PERIOD & TIMING

How long is the rental period?

All rentals are weekend rentals.
• Pick up is Friday at your scheduled pickup time.
• Return is Monday between 9 AM and 8 PM

This gives you the full weekend to enjoy your rental.

Can I rent for just one day?

Yes, but the price is the same as a weekend rental. All rentals automatically include Friday through Monday, even if you only use the items for one day.

How long does setup take?

Most items take about 15–30 minutes to set up. Larger packages or inflatables may take a little longer.

What if I return my rental late?

Late returns may result in an additional fee. Please make sure all items are returned on Monday between 9 AM and 8 PM.

PAYMENTS, DEPOSITS & DAMAGE

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. Every rental requires a refundable security deposit, no matter the item or package. The deposit is returned after items are inspected on Monday.

How do payments and deposits work?

Your rental balance must be paid before pickup on Friday.
After your event, we inspect the items. If everything is returned clean, dry, and in good condition, your deposit is refunded.

If items are returned dirty, wet, damaged, or missing, part or all of the deposit may be used to cover repair or replacement costs.

What if something is damaged or lost?

If an item is damaged or missing, replacement costs will be taken from your deposit if needed. We inspect all items after return and will communicate any issues clearly.

PICKUP, DELIVERY & VEHICLES

Where do I pick up my rental?

Pickups are from our Newton, NC home location. After booking and payment are complete, we will send you the exact pickup address and instructions. Your items will be packed, labeled, and ready when you arrive.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes. Delivery is available upon request for an additional fee. Pickup is our most popular option.

Can someone else pick up my rental?

Yes. As long as they bring a valid ID and sign the rental agreement, someone else can pick up the rental for you.

What size vehicle do I need?

Most rentals fit in SUVs or trucks. Larger items may require a pickup truck. We will let you know exactly what you need based on your order so there are no surprises.

WEATHER & OUTDOOR USE

Do you offer refunds for bad weather? a deposit?

No, we do not offer refunds due to weather. However, depending on availability, we may allow rescheduling.

hat if it rains during my event?

All items must be kept dry and used safely. Inflatables and wooden games should not be used in heavy rain. If weather makes outdoor use unsafe, we can suggest an indoor alternative.

CLEANING, SANITIZATION & CARE

Do I need to clean the items before returning them?

Yes. All rentals must be returned clean, dry, and repacked in the provided bins or bags.
Each rental includes written instructions and a video showing exactly what needs to be cleaned and how to do it properly.

Are all rentals sanitized?

Yes. Every item is cleaned, sanitized, and inspected before each rental.

What if I lose the instructions?

No worries at all. Every rental has a how-to video available online. If you need help, just message us and we’ll resend the link.

SETUP, POWER & TOOLS

Do I need tools?

Most rentals do not require any tools. If a small tool is needed, it will be included with your rental and explained in the instructions.

Do inflatables need power?

Yes. Inflatables require a standard household outlet. All blowers are included with the rental.

FOOD & SPECIALTY RENTALS

Do you provide Sterno fuel for chafing dishes?

No. For safety reasons, customers must provide their own Sterno fuel.

Are food machines safe to use?

Yes. All food machines come with clear setup, use, and cleaning instructions, including a how-to video.

SAFETY & KIDS' RENTALS

Is the Nerf Wars package safe for kids?

Yes. Nerf blasters use standard foam darts, and safety goggles are provided and must be worn at all times. Adult supervision is required at all times. The supervising adult must ensure safe play, proper use of equipment, and adherence to all instructions. Rough play, misuse of equipment, or lack of supervision can result in injury. EventPeak Rentals is not responsible for injuries resulting from improper use or inadequate supervision.

Do food machines have moving parts or heat?

Yes. Food machines contain spinning motors, electrical components, and heated surfaces. These machines should only be operated by a responsible adult who has read and watched the provided instructions. Children should never operate food machines.

Who is responsible for supervising rentals?

All rentals must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. The supervising adult must be the person who signed the rental agreement or someone designated by them.

Can children use the equipment on their own?

No. Children should never be left unsupervised while using any rental items, including inflatables, games, food machines, or Nerf equipment.

Is EventPeak Rentals responsible for injuries or accidents?

No. Once items leave our possession, EventPeak Rentals is not responsible for injuries, accidents, misuse, or improper operation of any rental items. All responsibility transfers to the renter at pickup or delivery. All safety instructions provided in written form or video must be followed exactly. Failure to follow instructions may result in damage, injury, and forfeiture of your deposit. 

 

By renting from EventPeak Rentals, the renter agrees to assume full responsibility for all equipment, participants, and event conditions during the rental period. EventPeak Rentals is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage occurring off-site or during use of rental items.

Can equipment be modified or altered?

No. Rental items must not be altered, modified, or tampered with in any way. Doing so may result in damage fees and loss of deposit.
